I really worked for me. I added some tandoori powder when I fried the chicken, and it remind me the roast I used to eat in marriage ceremony when I was in Bangladesh. I wife don't know how to cook roast, so I tried ur recipe to just try. I didn't expect that it would be good cz I never cooked. But it came out really good. My wife was impressed and admitted that I m a better cook then her. But I got a problem though. Now she wants me to cook often ha ha. Anyway, it was really good. Thanks for ur efford to give us such a good recipe. I hope u'll keep it up. Thnx again
